Snapthread is a casual video editor and slideshow maker that makes discovering, compiling and sharing your favorite memories effortless. Merge Live Photos, stills, and videos, add titles and music, and share in one of five aspect ratios so your video looks great on any platform. 

- Get started quickly with suggested projects based on recent photos
- View and customize pre-made "On This Day" videos with memories from past years 
- Automatically imports Live Photos and panoramas as videos
- Add titles and music
- Add filters and text overlays
- Trim, crop, mute, rotate, loop, adjust speed, and rearrange clips
- Export in landscape, portrait, and square formats (1080p)
- Share your creations or save them to your photo library

You may export videos up to 30 seconds long for free, with a watermark. Snapthread Premium is a one-time purchase that removes these limitations.

It has so much potential. It is so easy and intuitive to use but it crashes all the time!! It even crashes my phone and males it turn off. And as there is no way to save I have to start over and over. I have been trying to complete a project for hours starting over and over again. It is so frustrating!

The app crashes constantly when working on my 2 clip, 20 second project on an iPhone X. If it can’t handle such a simple task, I don’t expect it can do any real editing. On top of that, trying to trim a video is impossible. If you move the trimmer too close to the beginning of the track or the playback header, it resets itself.

Two things I would love to see in this app:

1. A framing size that matches the Apple Watch screen ratio - so that I can make threads with apple watch screenshots

2. A setting that allows me to specify en-masse a “per photo time” so for instance if my thread is just a collection of still photos, and I only want each photo to be displayed for, say, .5 seconds, it would be great to be able to do this.

I am doing a project where I take a screenshot of my watch every day and am going to turn it into a year long timelapse where each screenshot only shows up for a couple frames. Your app is close to being able to do this! Thank you :)
