سعيًا لتحقيق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية ٢٠٣٠ ضمن هدف تطوير القطاع المالي؛ تسعى الرؤية لتنمية الاقتصاد الوطني وتحفيز الادخار والاستثمار، ولأهمية ترسيخ هذين المبدأين في جيل الغد؛ نشأ تطبيق "سُنبل"، وهو تطبيق تعليمي ترفيهي يهدف إلى ترسيخ ثقافتيّ الادخار والاستثمار، ومهارة التخطيط المالي لدى فئة مهمة وأساسية في المجتمعات؛ وهم الأطفال، يستهدف التطبيق الفئة العمرية التي تتراوح ما بين ٩-١٣ سنة في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث ينطلق بهم نحو عالم مليء بالتحديات والتجارب الثريّة، ما بين خوض لعبة متعدّدة التحديات، أو محاكاة المصرف الافتراضي وتحقيق الأهداف المالية، أو متابعة المهام المُسندة من قِبل الوالدين لنيل المكافآت المالية عليها.
يوظّف التطبيق عدّة تقنيات تدعم الهدف الذي يرنو إليه، وهم: أولاً، تقنية رؤية الحاسوب لفهم الصور الرقمية وتحليلها من العالم الرقمي لتمكين الطفل من إضافة أمواله الحقيقية لحسابه المصرفي الافتراضي باستخدام الكاميرا اللحظية. حيث قمنا ببناء قاعدة بيانات تجاوز عدد صور العملات السعودية فيها ١٠ آلاف صورة، وتطوير نموذج للتعرف على القيم بنسبة دقة تقدّر بـ ٩٤٪. ثانيًا، توظيف تقنيات التلعيب بتوفير المكافآت عند إنجاز المهام المُسندة من الوالدين. 

In pursuit of achieving the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 to develop the financial sector, the vision seeks to grow the national economy and stimulate savings and investment. Saving contributes to an individual's well-being and financial stability in the middle and long term. The application Sonbul was established to consolidate these two essential principles and instill them in the future generation. Sonbul is an educational and entertaining application aimed at developing a culture of saving and investment among children, an essential group in society. The application targets children in Saudi Arabia aged between 9 and 13 years. It takes them to a world full of challenges and rich experiences, simulate a virtual bank, achieve financial goals, and follow up on tasks with rewards assigned by their parents. 
The application employs several techniques that support its goal. First, it uses computer vision technology to recognize digital images from the real world, enabling the child to add real money to their virtual bank account using the real-time camera. For that, we created a dataset containing more than 10,000 images of Saudi currency images and developed an object detection model with 94% accuracy. Second, it applies the gamification technique by providing rewards when completing tasks assigned by parents.
Sonbul will provide the future generation with knowledge of financial principles, money management, and saving and investing in an attractive, fun, and enriching manner using Arabic content.
