Door dat de tickets in de app zitten denk hij aan de poortjes in Nederland om een kaart uit de wallet te nemen waardoor je niet je ticket kan scannen hou hier rekening mee als je naar Nederland gaat zorg ervoor dat je wallet dan leeg is van bankkaarten zodat je wel zonder problemen door de poortjes kan

Cette nouvelle version est nettement meilleure. Il reste cependant encore un peu de travail à faire sur l'ergonomie. La SNCB, faites-vous suffisamment de tests avant de lâcher le bébé ? Remarque : les captures d'écrans donnés exemple correspondent à l'ancienne version. Cela fait tout de même un peu désordre pour une institution comme la vôtre...

Geen schermvullende versie voor tablets.  In 2024 verwacht ik wel een beetje meer. Over gebruiksgemak kan ik nog geen oordeel vellen. Look en feel ziet er hetzelfde uit als we gewoon zijn van nmbs. Dat wil zeggen: oubollig en meestal nodeloos complex. Ik ben benieuwd.

Impossible d’ajouter les billets a l’app cartes d’Apple. Or celle ci démarre automatiquement quand on approche un iPhone d’un portique SNCF. Donc impossible d’utiliser son billet sur iPhone quand on voyage sur des trains français avec des billets achetés chez sncb international

Goede en gebruiksvriendelijke app. Kleine suggestie: de mogelijkheid om een factuur te downloaden per reis (met de kosten per deeltraject en de servicekosten) zou handig zijn om bijvoorbeeld je kosten in te dienen bij het werk. Nu kan je alleen je tickets downloaden waarop wel de prijs per deeltraject vermeld staat, maar niet de servicekosten.

The app is so insanely outdated … zand very user unfriendly. To even start: logging in as a pain because the password field isn’t even recognised as one. It’s the same even on the website : doesn’t matter which browser I use , none of my passwords app work. Then , it never automatically syncs a booked trip. You always have to fill in the reservation number to register a trip, EVEN when you boom it through the app. Also, tickets can’t be added to apple wallet. It’s as if this app is stuck in 2006 somewhere. The national NMBS is good, but this one is in DIRE need of a complete overhaul.

JAMAIS à rentrer chez moi parce que le train Bruxelles-ottignies arrive TOUJOURS en retard à ottignies et mon train direction Ligny n'attend jamais quelques minutes de plus. Comment je fais si il y'a qu'un train par heure ?

De app is handig om ticket terug te vinden en zoek opdrachten op de voor pagina te hebben. 
Heel handig dat er al een app van bestaat! 
De app is wel toe aan opfrissing en wel iets wat mooier design. 
Sommige dingen kunnen zoals de nieuwe nmbs app beter aangepakt worden. 
De app is niet volledig functioneel via mobiel. Het lijkt alsof je op een website aan het kijken bent met inzoomen of uitzoomen.
