## SNCB/NMBS Description
Wie mehr als eine Million andere Reisende pro Monat, nutzen Sie die SNCB-App, um alle Ihre Reisen in Belgien einfacher zu gestalten! Sie bietet eine vereinfachte Navigation und neue Funktionen, mit denen Sie Ihre Reisen mit dem Zug und anderen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (STIB/MIVB, TEC und De Lijn) planen können. 

Mit der SNCB-App können Sie die beste Route zwischen über 500 Bahnhöfen berechnen, den Zugfahrplan in Echtzeit verfolgen, das günstigste Ticket suchen und kaufen und vieles mehr.   

REISEPLANUNG
• Berechnen Sie die beste Route von Tür zu Tür und machen Sie Ihre Fahrten dank der Geolokalisierung.
• Speichern Sie Ihre wiederkehrenden Fahrten als Favoriten und erstellen Sie Schnellzugriffe auf Ihre Favoritenorte (Wohnung, Arbeit, Bahnhöfe in der Nähe usw.).
• Greifen Sie auf die Fahrpläne von Zügen, Bussen, Straßenbahnen und U-Bahnen zu (jetzt auch in Echtzeit) und verpassen Sie keine Anschlüsse mehr.
• Sehen Sie sich die Auslastung und die Zusammensetzung jedes Zuges an, um Ihren Reisekomfort zu erhöhen und ein flüssigeres Einsteigen zu ermöglichen.

TICKETS KAUFEN
• Kaufen Sie Ihre Zugtickets, Multi, Flex Abonnements, Brupass und De Lin Tickets ‘s über die App
• Bezahlen Sie sicher über Bancontact (wenn Sie Ihre Bank-App oder Payconiq installiert haben), Visa, MasterCard, American Express oder Paypal.
• Sehen Sie jederzeit Ihre Tickets und Ihren Einkaufsverlauf ein.

MELDUNGEN UND VERKEHRSINFORMATIONEN
• Folgen Sie dem Zugverkehr in Echtzeit.
• Erhalten Sie Benachrichtigungen bei Störungen im Netz (Bauarbeiten, Unterbrechungen, ...) oder bei Änderungen zu Ihrem Zug (Gleiswechsel, verzögerte Abfahrt, ...).

When you try to enter your PayPal password and switches screens and closes the transactions. Which then cannot be restarted. The app is in open war on secure passwords.

Also, it occasionally does not work for entering the airport.

I tried to buy a ticket, but trouble started in the payment process.
The app said “unsuccessful payment” whereas on my banking account I can see, that it was successful.
It seems that this happens frequently, at least that’s the feedback from the call centre.
The solution to get my money back is, to fill in a form on the website - response time is 20 days...

Every time you leave the app and come back, it resets the navigation, often killing your progress. When trying to pay for tickets, I was redirected to my banking app to authorize the payment. Then when I came back the navigation was again reset. I did find the pending payments, but the option to continue them simply didn’t work. Please fix

An sich eine gute Sache. Aber beim Versuch, die Tickets zu kaufen, wird im Warenkorb das Datum der Reise um einen Tag zurückgesetzt. Daher leider unbrauchbar.
