This app is supposed to be making everything easier from touch of a button but we’re still having to go out there and use PayPoint when you’ve introduced an app for us to make it easier. This makes no sense. Please run on these apps, more regular or else it’s no point of having this type of app option. -- First Lady14, 2024-03-11 ### **--- "Mrs B" This morning I wasn’t able to pay my rent The application didn’t work Also I didn’t get any explanation regarding the issue. Confusing and worrying about multiple payment As I was trying more times to use my card details. You should be more accurate and test the system regularly Will be helpful to use on line chat to be able to resolve the issue. I have tried few times but this afternoon I completed the payment successfully. Thanks -- Albihrv, 2023-09-18 ### *---- "Basic" Please change the ‘,’ to a ‘.’ On the number pad, so we can pay the pence element of a rent charge. We should be able to see a proper running total, with the monthly rent charge and payments made to the account. -- Broownswood Vintage, 2023-08-11 ### *---- "What a surprise, it doesn’t work !!!" Another rubbish app, -- Tennant 365, 2023-07-04 [View all SNG Network Homes payment app reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
