Thresholds and vibration durations that can be set using the iPhone app can be customized individually by the user.

* Monitor ambient sounds around you on your Apple Watch.
* When environmental sounds exceed a preset level, your Apple Watch will vibrate to wake you up from sleep and reduce snoring.
* Vibration threshold and time can be set with the iPhone app.

Validation tests during development confirmed that the snoring index decreased by an average of 64% in 3 months.
Recommended as a gift for dads who don't want to bother their sleeping family or dads who snore loudly.
