## Snow Scholars Description
ABOUT
The Snow Scholars App is designed exclusively for college students to earn money shoveling snow on their own schedule. Backed by Mark Cuban’s investment on Shark Tank, this app makes it simple to manage everything in one place: accepting routes, uploading before-and-after photos, reviewing job details, tracking pay, uploading availability, and chatting directly with support. As a student shoveler for the nation’s leading student-run snow removal network, the Snow Scholars App keeps the experience frictionless. Apply in the app and download today!

REQUIREMENTS
Routes are located within a 5-mile radius of campus. A car isn’t required since many homes are walkable, but having one can make routes quicker and easier. Shovelers must provide their own shovel or snowblower and winter gear, including a warm jacket, gloves, hat, pants, socks, and waterproof boots. To help offset costs, you’ll earn a $15 shovel credit after completing 15 homes by submitting your receipt through the in-app support chat. Clear before-and-after photos must be uploaded to receive payment and should show all areas listed, such as driveways, sidewalks, stairs, and walkways. Salt and sand are provided by homeowners at no cost. Once a route is accepted, completion is expected unless an emergency prevents it, requiring proof or documentation. Reliability, communication, and professionalism are key to maintaining your status as a Snow Scholars contractor.

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE
Use of the Snow Scholars App is governed by our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Arbitration Agreement. By using the app, you agree to all provisions listed therein. All shovelers using the Snow Scholars App are independent contractors, not employees of Snow Scholars, Inc.

## Snow Scholars Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Campus & Hometown"
Needs to become more of a mainstream app. I think it is a great idea for an app, but it needs more locations.
-- Sloppy Lambo, 2026-01-17

### *---- "Shoveler for snow scholars"
As a shoveler I would say this app sucks. I did not get paid my promised amount and when I was using it, there were many glitches. I did not accept a route and was told I had to wake up at 1:30 am during finals week to shovel 4 routes after I told them I can not because I have a final the next morning. When I went to do my routes the app would only let me proceed to 2 of the 4 routes. I tried to get in contact with support multiple times and did not receive a response till 4:30 am after I took the liberty to go to bed before my final in a few hours. Then I was deducted pay by almost $90 because of their mess up.

### ***** "Best App for Reliable Shoveling Work"
As a Snow Scholars shoveler, this app has been awesome to use. It’s easy to pick up routes, everything is clearly organized, and communication is straightforward. The system makes it really simple to manage jobs and stay on schedule. Overall, it’s a smooth, reliable app that makes shoveling stress free.

### ***** "Great App!"
Seamless way to shovel snow and make some money as a student. Great user support as well.
-- jsstevensdsd, 2025-11-30

### ****- "Good customer service"
I had a good experience with their customer service. At first, I was struggling with dispatch. The person assigned to me help get this resolved . I see other reviews complain about having to work longer than expected, but the work times were pretty accurate for me.
-- BusyIzzy04, 2025-11-30

### ***** "Noticeable Improvement"
Easy to navigate, made my experience shoveling a lot easier.
-- Serena-5faas, 2025-11-01

### ***** "Snow Scholars Duluth"
This app is quality! Huge improvements from last year this season’s process will be ten times as efficient.
-- David Wolkerstorfer, 2025-10-29
