Feedback and bug report do not have send button and require you to upload pic but still no send. Putting it in review as obviously cannot report an issue with app. Other than this great app!

Even though I can do all of this on the website (via my iPhone), it’s really nice to have the app. Notifications make it easy to get updates from other challengers, and the latest trail beta is easy to get to. MUCH improved from earlier versions.
App would be good but it crashes a lot and you cannot read messages.
The app is a social media platform to log hikes, share experiences, and interact with hikers. However, terribly slow. Got a notification today, clicked on notifications tab, and I aged an entire year before it loaded. If you’re used to the speed of instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, or any other social media platform; You will be fed up quickly on the speed at which it moves. I often find myself closing and reopening the app to hopefully get better results. Negative. My phone is new, literally 2 weeks old, the iPhone 14, and it’s still impossible to get quick results. Plus I have tried to submit bug reports and you can’t even send them. Frustrating. I am here for the challenge, I do post hikes and pics - I hike every week, even if not on the list. This app would be amazing with just a modern update, and easier to use interactions with the community. And Speed! Hire someone to modernize this app, and it would be amazing.!
Was excited and paid $45 to sign up. 2 weeks later no “welcome package” or any other info. Was told payment included access to maps, etc. but cannot find any maps or list of the trails for 2022. All Trails has a Six-pack list but it’s different than the ads for this app/challenge. Might just be another social media app. Glad I didn’t recommend to my hiking friends.
The User Experience on either the web or mobile app isn’t intuitive and has other wonky issues. For example, Logging hikes, uploading photos should be a simple click…but it isn’t and in some instances doesn’t work at all. I basically paid $45 for a hiking sticker and aggravation in understanding a convoluted work flow to log hikes and upload photos, without question the most heavily used features for most Users. Recommend you Beta test and QA more on the next version.
First I wasn’t assign to any forum. Now when I try to log my hike I get sorry you need to be logged in. But I am logged in as ent through the more area to get to the log my hike section. Peace of crap
I’ve been waiting for this app because it’s challenging to always open the site on a computer and now it’s always at my fingertips and easy to log my hikes and connect with my hiking community!
