## SocialFocus Description
Hide distractions on websites such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Gmail and take back control of your attention!

While we acknowledge the distracting and engrossing nature of these sites, completely blocking them is not always feasible due to the valuable content they offer.

This Safari extension allows you to selectively hide attention-grabbing components on each site. For instance, on YouTube, you have the option to conceal recommended videos, shorts, comments, and more. Similarly, on Facebook and Instagram, you can hide the feed, reels, stories, and other elements. The same goes for each supported site.

Furthermore, SocialFocus offers an array of supplementary features, including Startup Settings, Import / Export and more.

Users who want to support the development of the project can additionally subscribe to the PRO version. The PRO version will give access to some additional features that are not available in the standard version, such as hotkey configuration, settings synchronization and some others. 

NOTE: This extension does NOT work with the apps, it works only for websites while using the Safari browser.

This extension has greatly helped with my Instagram addiction! However, the option to block suggested posts on Instagram does not work anymore. I only want to see my feed, not Messi's championship or the next best steak recipe. I do not plan to update to IOS 18 though.

I've always wanted to keep instagram just to message friends, and I've always wanted to block reddit without breaking my browser with parental controls and this does both perfectly without fail. This is what I've always wanted, I'm not totally cut off from my friends, but I don't see any addictive feeds! 10/10.

Listen, it does what it says based on the options it gives you, that part is amazing. But I wish there were more options provided, hopefuilly in future updates.

- instagram home feed limiter post limit to N.
- facebook sponsered ads on the top right side of the screen.
- facebook Gaming
- facebook home feed limiter post limit to N.
- linkedin sidebars on the newsfeed
- linkedin premium ads

It works exactly as advertised and comes with lots of options. I noticed a significant boost in my productivity after installing it. Worth the price.

Suggestions for future improvements:
- VPN that can block traffic from Instagram
shorts and YouTube shorts, even while in-app
- An option that makes it harder to read reddit feeds (i.e. making them super spaced out from each other) but still allows you to do it if you need to
