Its honestly exactly what I needed and I think it’s pretty great overall! It’s a bit buggy which can make it a little frustrating (when you true to make stories it gets quite glitchy, you can’t put music on your note ect)  but i think the premise is amazing and I really hope it helps me get out of scrolling!!

Instagram suspected someone logging into my account (me using socialite) and suspended my account, making me change my password on the actual app… I’m worried that if I use socialite again I won’t be able to recover my account as easily. Otherwise it’s a great app concept, but will have to overcome being disallowed by social media apps like instagram in order to work.

it blocks reels but thats about it for the free version. most of the cooler features like dm mode are locked by the pro subscription (which could have a one time buy). other than that it is clunkier instagram cause it’s basically a wrapper for the web version. cause of this, instagram app features like polls aren’t shown, making the app still necessary to chat with people. i recommend getting beeper  as that’s a smoother chat app and then using screenzen to block insta so you can access things like polls and stories occasionally.

It has been a very long time since I truly felt “Not addicted to my phone” and this has fixed it for me. It’s still a bit clunky and lots of things will crash the app, but in someways I think that’s good. Forces me to slow down and think about if what I’m doing  is truly necessary… Still hopeful for more bug fixes:) in the meantime I will be recommending this app to everybody I know. Love your work developers, this is truly life changing:)
