I saw this app on Instagram and (ironically) it was exactly what I’m looking for; a way to continue using Insta/Facebook only to connect with the friends and family I choose to interact with (so like…before all the platforms were ruled entirely by ads and algorithms forcing us to doomscroll hours on end just to see what we actually want to see). The app is pretty glitchy still, but I see the potential and I want to be one of the ones to see it reach its goals! Facebook doesn’t work for me at all on the app, insta does but it’s glitchy (ex. can’t read comments on a post without it forcing you back to the top of your feed every time). Can’t wait to see this develop fully!

I found it scrolling Instagram reels (the perfect advertisement) and decided to give it a go. My screen time has been halved and I don’t feel trapped like I used to. The app isn’t as smooth as the Instagram app but the difference is negligible, It’s definitely worth the trade off. I will certainly be using this for the foreseeable future.
