## SocialLite Description
SocialLite is a free app that blocks shorts from Instagram, shorts from YouTube and other short form content from other platforms. It is the app for people who want to use social media without losing hours to endless scrolling.

We don't block social media entirely - that's not realistic. Instead, SocialLite surgically removes the most addictive features while keeping the parts you actually need.

WHAT GETS BLOCKED

- Short-form video feeds designed to keep you scrolling
- Algorithmic recommendations and suggested content
- Explore and discovery pages
- Live streams and shopping tabs
- Ads and sponsored posts

WHAT YOU KEEP

- Direct messages and conversations
- Profiles you intentionally visit
- Content friends send you directly
- The ability to post and share

HOW IT WORKS

SocialLite provides a focused browsing experience for popular social platforms. Check your DMs without getting pulled into endless video feeds. Browse messages without algorithmic content hijacking your attention.

When you tap on a video someone sent you, you can watch that specific video - but you can't scroll to the next one. This simple guardrail is the difference between a 30-second check-in and a 30-minute spiral.

PRIVACY FIRST

SocialLite doesn't track anything related to your social media, we store your info on your device meaning it never touches our server so there is no possible account risk on our end. Additionally we do not sell any data, the only data we use is opt in, and its purely to see which ads you saw to use SocialLite, this helps us on our mission to bring this to as many people as possible. Privacy and Security is our priority and we are happy to answer any questions via dms, or email.

 Your attention is yours.

Take back your time. Download SocialLite today.

## SocialLite Reviews in Czechia

### *---- "I like how its “free”"
In the description is: the aplication is for free and it isnt, dont waste your time here
-- Bagr2, 2026-09-30

### **--- "chatting and other bugs"
the concept is good but its really frustrating to use because instagram keeps freezing and sometimes doesnt even turn on, just loads forever even after restarting the whole app
-- pepusky, 2026-05-07

### ***** "Update fail"
After the update it doesnt work
-- nespolehlivost, 2026-04-27

### ***** "Yes please"
I totally support the idea and even though there were some issues in functionality, it’s great and helped me reduce scrolling to minimum. Thank you!
-- emmus_01, 2026-04-21

### ***** "Very good"
Yea sometimes it’s a little bit slow but that’s the only bad thing I can say. It’s amazing for instagram. I hope they figure out how to stop recommended posts. Bu other than that I can only recommend it.
-- aliscek, 2026-04-13

### ***** "Good!"
Sometimes the load times are slow, but it does its job quite well!
-- ItsBalvan, 2026-04-03

### ****- "It’s a bit slow"
I’ve been using this app for some time now, with my instagram account. Nothing happened to my account after a month or so, so I assume it’s safe. The app itself is great, works fine except opening the instagram in this app is quite slow because of the loading time. Sometimes I get impatient and just open the instagram itself, which quite defeats the purpose.
-- Rdr2 enjoyer, 2026-04-02

### **--- "Running"
It just doesnt run smoothly at all, the apps dont always start, and you need to restart the app very often. You cant really watch the reels that you recieve through dms cause it lags and crashes every time.
-- FiregreS, 2026-03-28
