## Sociano Description
Take back your time without deleting social media.

Sociano blocks short-form content, endless feeds, and other scroll traps on supported social platforms inside its controlled browser—while keeping messages, search, and posting available. It also works as an app blocker and Screen Time companion, helping you block selected iPhone apps, schedule distraction-free time, set daily limits, and stay focused.

BLOCK REELS, SHORTS, AND FEEDS

Open supported social platforms inside Sociano’s controlled browser. Sociano blocks distracting sections while keeping useful account features available.

Instagram
Block Reels and Explore. You can also hide suggested posts, feed and story ads, saved posts, or use DMs-only mode.

YouTube
Block Shorts, including Shorts in search. You can also hide the Home feed and watch-next recommendations or use Search-only mode.

X
Block the For You feed. You can also block the Following feed and hide feed ads.

Facebook
Block Reels and the Home feed. You can also hide Friends and Marketplace tabs or use Marketplace-only mode.

LinkedIn
Block the Home feed, My Network, Notifications, and Jobs.

Reddit
Block the Home feed and Popular tab. You can also hide promoted content and recommended posts in comments.

BLOCK DISTRACTING IPHONE APPS

Sociano uses Apple Screen Time controls to help you block selected apps across your iPhone.

• Choose which apps you want to block
• Set daily app limits
• Schedule distraction-free routines and downtime
• Start focus sessions whenever you need to concentrate
• Receive a warning before your daily limit runs out
• Use Strict Mode to prevent changing your plan in the moment

OPEN SOCIAL MEDIA WITH A REASON

Add an intentional pause before a platform opens. Choose what you came to do, complete it, and leave without falling into another scrolling session.

UNDERSTAND YOUR SCREEN TIME

• See app usage synced with Apple Screen Time
• Review time spent, app opens, and notifications
• Discover which apps and times of day create the most distraction
• Compare recent activity and follow your progress
• Use weekly reviews, streaks, milestones, and gentle challenges

KEEP THE USEFUL PARTS

• Messages and conversations where supported
• Search and intentional profile or community visits
• Posting, replying, and normal account use
• Your existing accounts and sessions

Sociano gives you a practical alternative to deleting social media completely. Block the distracting parts, control your app usage, and keep the features you actually need.

Some features require Sociano Pro.
