I’m quite impressed by the app’s functionality and user interface. I have been able to generate QR codes for visitors quite easily with the option to share via WhatsApp. I have also requested plumbing, aluminium and carpentry services via the app. I appreciate the fact that prices are clearly stated for each service, including housekeeping. I also have my own QR badge which I can use at the gate in the event I am entering on foot or in a taxi. I think the window cleaning service should also be included in the list of home services along with a starting price, since I had to call the hotline to request this and receive a quotation. I also think a complaint section would prove useful in the event of noise violations, etc, instead of having to call the hotline.

Cant login using my registered non-Egyptian number

Always glitching, never let’s me register or log in.

The app has been defaulting for more than two months now and Sodic service have nothing to offer. I have deleted the app over a 100 times as advised and it always fails to log in because of format number error. Prompt action is needed to fix it..

If the app will not let you register by phone number due to some error then use email instead. We can not suffer daily because you can not modify it.

When i enter my phone number to access the app it gives wrong format
