## SoFit Pro Description
With the SoFit App, you will have access to workout programs designed to help you reach your fitness and health goals. You can follow and track your workouts, nutrition, lifestyle habits, measurements, and results with the help of your coach. This app allows you to access training plans, view exercise videos, monitor your food intake and daily habits, set and track health and fitness goals, earn badges for reaching personal milestones, exchange real-time messages with your coach, record body measurements, and receive push notifications for scheduled sessions. You can even connect your Apple Watch and other devices and apps such as the Apple Health App, Garmin, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and Withings to track your workouts, steps, sleep, nutrition, and body composition.
