It does not stay consistently on, wish there was a lock button to keep it from going back to the menu.
When you press on it to trace something the page won’t stay up. It always bounces back to the menu page. Very frustrating
This is a simple, effective app that I appreciate being able to use occasionally. However, the advertisements are present both on the 'choosing a color' screen AND on the 'Softbox' screen. This kinda (not kinda) defeats the purpose of having a color Softbox when there's a perpetual white advertisement on a portion of the screen. I'd happily pay a couple bucks to remove the ads.
But I don’t know how to use it. I was so confused I do not Want to join this program. And I state that I did not agree to pay. Thank you CherDDdd
The light is not bright at all! I am using an iPad 9th Gen. It’s not bright enough for me to see through watercolor paper. Ugh
I mainly use this app for flip books but as I started using it I love how it’s brighter than your average lightbox
The point of selecting various colors is to be able to match the practical light in your scene, but this app only lets you select one of about 10 colors, none of which look useable.
I'm going to use this as a mini light box for my visually impaired students. With a regular light box you can put different objects on top to get your student to focus on them. What I like about this app is that you don't need to always have your larger light box out to use for instruction. You can turn this on, using the color backdrop you want to use for your student, the. Put objects on top that you want them to look at and interact with. I think this app is pretty cool.
Nice secondary light source, especially if you use tripod as iPads are not that bright. Might be useful as light source from underneath if it could be set to allow something to be placed on the iPad. I tried to take a picture of a ring and it kept going to the menu whenever I put the ring on the iPad. (Also, my camera kept picking up moire interference pattern. ) Otherwise, a very interesting application. I've used it with two iPads to light from two angles.
