## Softworks Self Service App Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Poor"
the worst app there is.
you can't log in if you log out, you can't reset your password because you don't exist as a customer.
I hope companies stop using this app. pathetic app 0 stars
-- Iulia83, 2024-11-26

### *---- "The worst software I’ve ever used"
Absolutely diabolically awful beyond comprehension. On the rare occasion it actually lets you log in, it probably won’t let you clock in or out. Whole sections of the app randomly disappear for days at a time, which keeps things interesting I guess? Don’t even bother trying to check your holiday balance or book a day off on it.
-- K-Pidge, 2024-11-15

### *---- "It’s rubbish"
We were promised it could do things that it can’t. It keeps buffering all the time so I have to delete the app and re-install it every flipping week! I only use it cos of work. Don’t get it it’s a ripoff!
-- Hardworks, 2024-10-08

### *---- "Poor"
Frustratingly unreliable I can’t believe we consider this acceptable. Fails to load, kicks you out and doesn’t work.
-- jjfodsfm9m47ewb6, 2024-07-30

### *---- "If you logged out that's it,you can't log in again"
Terrible. If you can't make a proper app why don't you sell ice-cream instead
-- ciao.bello, 2023-12-03

### *---- "The worse"
You only see your clocks and holiday balance! You can’t book holiday or even see your roster. Every time you’ve to call IT to reset your password and it still wouldn’t work. It’s a complete waste! I wouldn’t use this crap if it wasn’t for work
-- gjsigen, 2023-05-15

### *---- "Worst"
Very worst 😡
-- lakshmysuresh, 2023-01-26

### *---- "The apps a joke"
The apps a joke, barely loads and signs me out quite often, definitely needs to be reworked.
-- B.Hardy1, 2023-01-01

### *---- "Never works"
Never works. Always just the start screen showing softworks. App is an absolute joke.
-- Luker-t, 2022-07-01

### ***-- "Help"
Can’t seem to get on it … I’ve had a new phone and can’t seem to be able to get back on it
