## SogoApp Reviews in United States

Very bad experience. Not a easy/ convenient software. Need to improve
-- anonymose kevin, 2025-10-10

### *---- "Online trading"

-- 190Franklin, 2025-06-02

### ***** "A great way to trade"
I've been trading with Sogo for a number of years it's always been smooth with great support the app is easy to use.
-- mjohnmd, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Crashes constantly"
I cannot use this app as it crashes every 30 seconds or less.
-- Rajib7, 2024-08-16

### *---- "延迟，掉线，用户体验太差"
该平台价格延迟太多。经常掉线，难以登录。用户体验太差太差
-- 东方山姆, 2024-07-25

### *---- "No good NEWS"
At first some of the stock prices where not updating daily, some as much as three months late. That is fixed now I think. Now it won’t let me see the news for each stock. I have to go to GOOGLE a type in each stock if I want to know what is happening. They say time it money but I don’t think they care about our money!
-- Denbud61, 2021-07-31

### ***** "How to fix delayed quote"
I too had these issues and I can say that all you need to do is make sure you pay the monthly quote fee which is a setting on the website and you should be ok on both the app and web. App and broker itself is surprisingly solid!!
-- Fratboylol, 2021-06-11

### *---- "Very slow and inaccurate"
The option quota is very slow. Sometimes can’t even place the order
-- VerylittleJ, 2021-03-28

### *---- "Worst Trading APP"
Worst trading App that I ever came across . Prices incorrect, delayed , nothing updates in portfolio. Customer service is good but IT maintenance is very very bad .
-- knrhyd, 2021-02-21

### *---- "delayed data and charge fees"
This is the worst app I have. I don’t know the reason why they charge fees every transaction with the worst service and delayed data.
