For binge eating, emotional eating, and everything in between. Built for the moment you find yourself in the kitchen when you wouldn't choose to be there. For when emotions get too loud and the urge takes over. For the ordinary Tuesday nights, the desperation, and the quiet hours when you need something to hold onto. Not a tracker. Not a cure. Just here when you need it. Solace doesn't measure you. It just holds the times you showed up to yourself. THE SOS FLOW When an urge hits, open Solace. Name what you're feeling. Breathe. Then choose what you need — grounding, movement, writing, meditation, or just sitting with it. One quiet flow for the hardest moments. ANCHORS Write down your own reasons, in your own words. Solace surfaces them quietly during hard moments — a reminder from the part of you that already knows. JOURNAL Write without structure, prompts, or judgment. Record your voice if words feel too hard. Private to your account. MEDITATE Guided sessions for the moments you need to slow down. A quiet space with no expectations. SOUNDS Ambient soundscapes to hold space during hard moments. Let sound be there when nothing else is. SOLACE PRO A soft mirror of your own patterns — urge intensity before and after, presence not progress. The complete sound library. All guided meditations. Therapist export, when you're ready to share. WHAT WE DON'T DO No calorie counting. No weight tracking. No streaks. No shame. We don't measure anything that can be failed. FOR THE LONG MIDDLE Recovery isn't a before and an after. It's a long middle. The years between knowing and being okay. Solace is built for that — not the diagnosis day, not the relapse, but the slow ordinary work of being gentle with yourself. SUBSCRIPTION Solace Pro unlocks the complete sound library, all guided meditations, pattern insights, and therapist export. Solace offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Solace Pro") that unlocks the full set of tools. Subscription options may include monthly and yearly. Pricing may vary by region. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
