For all the bashing this app gets, it's actually perfectly fine. It's a bit clunky, takes a lot of setting up and the interface isn't very slick. BUT I put the app on my Samsung tablet, which I no longer use. I thought I'd attempt to put the App on the iPhone, and blow me, after signing in on the App it instantly was fully working, so Bravo! for that. Didn't have to fill in a single thing.
It does lag from the system a bit, but you can force it to refresh by pulling the screen down a bit, and frankly you really don't need to know what's happening to the last second. Usually I just want to quickly see how my batteries are doing and whether I can / need to charge the car.
Reality check: it's a free app that works perfectly well. I'm happy.

Never up to date. “Real time” clearly means something different in China!
Why is this app available outside of China when the only help, faq or manual is Chinese? Even they seem to return a Chinese “Error 404” so it probably doesn’t even work there, but it certainly shouldn’t be on the App Store anywhere else! One star may be the minimum available, but it is one star too many. 😠
Okay but…
The app shows all the info fine I guess, but the only options available to export the data are all Chinese Social Media apps, none of which I use or have any intention of using.
Solarman unfit/unfinished
The app is utterly useless and more worrying I can’t access the page to read their privacy policy. Looks like someone tried to drvelop the app and gave up half way through!
No online support and no explanation of how to use the app by the installer!
My App Works!
Notwithstanding, all the reviews that gives a well negative outlook my app does appear to work well. It even alarms correctly when the inverter fails. The only downside that as some reviewers have mentioned, there is a significant time lag from what the system is doing and when the app decides to show it. BTW, the fault the inverter is indicating is due to the installer wiring up the solar panels incorrectly. Now waiting for the installer company to rectify the problem so my solar system at the moment is useless. Only giving 3 stars as other reviewers have mentioned there is no convenient instructions on how to use and understand the app having to fumble through different menus and data to try and understand what it is showing.

No visibility of the battery in the app I was advised this is a known issue but was not advised about this before I had the system installedApparently a fix is coming soon. When u get warning messages it doesn’t advise if these are dangerous or advise what to do
