## SolarZero Description
Get visibility of your solar energy system

If you’re a SolarZero customer, our new SolarZero App gives you access to a personalised dashboard where you can monitor and optimise your solar energy system, including:
• See up-to-date data on how much energy your home is using and generating
• Get energy status updates showing how much energy you’re importing and exporting from and to the grid
• Track your carbon savings and footprint
• Access to your hot water energy saving mode that allows you to save money on your power bill
• Refer-a-Friend: Share your unique referral code with your friends and family

Note - The SolarZero App is available for solar energy systems installed after November, 2018. If your system was installed prior to this date, it won’t be compatible unless you’ve been upgraded since, and you’ll need to continue using your MySolarZero dashboard for all your monitoring needs.

Unsure? No worries. Contact us on 0800 11 66 55 and one of our friendly energy experts will be happy to help.

## SolarZero Reviews in New Zealand

### ***** "SolarZero App"
Excellent app. Waited along time to get a better application.
-- Chris da fish, 2024-10-05

### *---- "Lacks data sort"
Can’t view by month or compare weeks results
-- Al6nz, 2024-09-30

### *---- "Review"
I guess the review came at the wrong time as the app and data has not been updated or working most of the day and I have been unable to get an answer on how to filter into weeks and months of data instead of just days.
-- Johnnyx59, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Can’t see history out monthly total"
Can’t see history or monthly total
-- Aaaaaaaaaaaaaffffffff, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Interface"
What kind of a interface is this? It only shows half of the screen
-- Sandeep Avula, 2024-09-18

### *---- "History"
How do you go back to look at the month
-- —-ooo, 2024-09-08

### **--- "Installation capacity"
Need minimum of 12 panels & 2 batteries to make it economically viable. Also living in an area with regular wind should be able to install a windmill to supplement the solar panels specially during cloudy days. Only 6 panels & 1 battery installed by Solar Zero so always purchasing electricity from Ecotricity.
-- GoodwoodBPN, 2024-08-16

### *---- "Confusing"
Not a great app. Really hard to understand
-- G_Radz, 2024-08-04

### ***** "Brilliant"
Worth waiting for
-- BreakerBay, 2024-07-20

### *---- "Not complete yet"
The Home Screen shows what is happening but there is no history, it doesn’t show what the overall stats are for the day/week/month
-- Disappointed_0001, 2024-07-20
