## SOLDIERFIT Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Doesn’t allow us to update payment info"
This for the most part is good, but the fact is that I can’t find the option to update my credit card info when I go to "Profile", click on the three dots on the top right corner, Click on "Account Details" and update your credit card information.

Update (10/05/2024): The heart rate monitor doesn’t connect, especially with my Apple or
Garmin SmartWatches.
-- airbank@gmail, 2024-10-05

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Would love if they can fix the app issues! Doesn’t let me log in, etc
-- Kuzulamb04, 2023-09-10

### ***** "It’s taken a little to get use to"
Great App, love the leader boards, it very beneficial great for stats very beneficial
-- JM2668, 2022-09-01

### ***-- "Glitchy"
App is too glitchy, has canceled my class and has a trouble calculating points for the leaderboard.
-- $Katia, 2021-07-18

### **--- "Heart rate monitor doesn’t connect"
My heart rate monitor will not connect to the app
-- MB377, 2021-06-12

### ***-- "Can’t log in"
I have an account. I’ve used it before. But ever since I re downloaded the app I can’t log in. On the login screen I can click forgot password or register , but I can’t actually click log in. So I can’t get into the app and I have to call each time to schedule a class.
-- Mellainx, 2020-12-11

### *---- "Has Yet to Work Properly"
I love Soldierfit, but this app is a serious problem. Half the time, you cannot even login and when you are able to login, it doesn’t allow you to book a class. I understand this is new app—but it’s frustrating to not have the ability to book a class when you are mandated to do so before you attend a workout...:(
-- AshaAp, 2020-07-09

### *---- "App won’t even start"
I can’t even start the app. It says settings are incorrect.
