Solebear teaches emotional intelligence through daily bite-sized lessons and real-time crisis support. No reading. No lectures. You learn by doing. How it works: Learn Mode: 32 interactive lessons across 4 units (Awareness, Understanding, Responding, Healing). Each takes 2-3 minutes. Build streaks, earn XP, and unlock insights personalized to your specific family pattern. Crisis Mode: Tap "Something just happened" and get immediate, specific help. See the pattern at play, get scripts you can say out loud, and walk through a breathing pause before you respond. What you'll learn: - Name the emotional patterns running your relationships - See difficult people through their lens without excusing their behavior - Set boundaries with scripts ready to say out loud - Respond to guilt trips, criticism, and silent treatment with clarity - Track your growth as patterns shift from reactive to intentional Built for real moments: Solebear was designed for the moment after the phone call that ruins your day. The holiday dinner that goes sideways. The text message that sends you spiraling. You get a wise friend in your pocket who sees the pattern clearly and helps you choose what happens next. Features: - 32 lessons across 4 progressive units - 12 family archetypes (6 mom patterns, 6 dad patterns) - Crisis reframing with real-time scripts - Boundary, de-escalation, and exit scripts for difficult conversations - Breathing exercises and emotional pause tools - Pattern tracking that gets smarter over time - Gentle reminders to reinforce what you've learned Subscription: Solebear Premium unlocks all lessons, crisis tools, and personalized insights. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
