I like the app but even better, I love Solera’s support team. They’re always there and always kind.

Very simple and straightforward I like it!

Downloaded the app in less than a minute and made a deposit with no issues in less than 5 minutes.

I, like many others have been struggling to log into my Solera account since the due to the recent changes. This morning I decided to call and I had the good fortune to speak with Sheridan. She helped me through every step and very quickly got my login process completed. She did this with patience, kindness, humor, and was just amazing. It was very refreshing to talk to someone who clearly has excellent people skills. 15 out 10!!!!

After the first mobile deposit was made, the process was very simple on all subsequent deposits. I would recommend this app to anyone who doesn’t need to go to the bank to make a deposit. Very happy with the service and the function of the app.

The new app makes deposits, much easier. My only issue is that it seems the app will not save my email address for sending me a deposit receipt. Therefore, I have to manually enter my email address for each deposit.

This bank is the most rinky dink small time operation I’ve come across in a long time. Appears to be a lot of incestuous and coronet hiring. It took me 2 hours to deposit a check. I’m leaving asap.

The app is great except depositing checks (the main thing we use it for). The system looks for a signature and won’t deposit if it doesn’t find one, but we endorse with a stamp because it’s a business account. Such a pain trying to get around it!

I just uploaded the new mobile app to my desktop and phone. The tech was super nice and he got it all right the first time!! Online banking has been such a PITA in the past with big and small banks, but Solera has got this down now!!!!! Thank you!!!
