Great tool for parents!
Used this for both of our children. Bought the 100 first day meal plan with our first child as well. Easy to use and helps us feel safe in the foods and ways we are serving the foods to our children. We constantly get comments on how well and how diverse our children eat, which I don’t think they would have had we gone our cultures classic route with spoon fed oats for every meal until teething. Recommend for new and seasoned parents!

This app is great for new parents (and anyone giving food to children). So many facts and good information on a lot of different food. How to cook and serve for different ages etc.

I don’t leave reviews, but I’m making an exception for Solid Starts because this app and the team behind it are amazing! Solid information (pun intended) about how babies learn to eat and how we can best help them. All you have been wondering about and more is answered on the website in addition to the easy to use app. And it’s free! Because this team recognizes the importance of available information.

Very helpful guide
Solid starts helped reverse picky eating of our 4yo and a good start for solids for our baby. This app helped us serve and prepare a big variety of age appropriate food. I recommend this app and Instagram to everyone with babies and young children. Mealtime is now much more relaxing and nutritious, but messy 😅
The only resource you need
Truly incredible, the knowledge, team, resources and ease of app make BLW a breeze! I bought all the resources available 4 years ago with my daughter and plan to use the same with my newborn when he starts solids. You will not regret downloading!
Why the change?
Two years ago we used this app as a way to track what our oldest tried, it also was really helpful to us in learning how to navigate BLW as new parents. Back then it was only around a few dollars per month, which was very reasonable and we could afford to spare that. I just downloaded this app again to use for our second baby and the app is unusable unless you pay $20 a month or the year subscription. Holy cow at the price increase! I’ll just add notes to my calendar on my phone over paying that much for a digital recipe book and a log.
