### ****- "Great app, compass update hard to use"
I love this app, it is a great resource and we have been following the compass meal plan for 8 weeks. 
Unfortunately the update in august 2024 is a step down in my opinion. I loved being ab'e to see all the meals for the week in one place. Now I need to flip through and can not go back once a meal is marked as done. The images bug out a bit and I don't like the new alergen introduction cards. 
I won't be using compas anymore and will go back to the 100days meal plan pdf I got.

### ****- "Useful app but needs improvements"
I find very useful the suggestions about how to give each food at every age. The recipes have often names that I have no idea what they are and I find them often too oriental or from cuisines that I don’t know, so I didn’t use them a lot. I find it a big mistake the suggestion of giving sugar to babies at 6 months. Many dairy products, especially cheese, should also not be recommended before 8-12 months.

I have just purchased the yearly subscription and I cannot enjoy any of the premium features that the app has. 
For example, when I try to log food the 2 payments plan appear and I cannot proceed further. Same when trying to add baby profile.
Please provide me with a solution or refund me the money.

It’s amazing that in only one app you can have everything you need for starting solid with your LO: tracking ingredients, recipes, suggested size and shape for solids as per child age. I use it everyday to help my little one explore the food. She’s 10mo and she leaves to eat, all thanks to this SolidStarts team 🤍

The best app out there if you want to know all about introducing food to your babe, it tells you how to serve the food, nutrition information and a lot more. If l have any doubt on how to serve baby the food in the safest way or if he is going to get all the nutrition needed from a certain food l just have to check their database which is so quick to get to.
