Good app

It’s very useful. Easy to use

Best camera system ever

I’ve been through Foscam and other camera systems. This system is the best by far. Clear camera. Movable in a wide range and connects to wi fi and my iPhone. I have four of them and can keep an eye on my front yard, dog run, backyard, and across my canal grass area. I got an extender to get that camera to work way out from my house. Highest rating on these cameras.

Reliable Camera - no zoom in feature

This camera works great. We are using it on a construction job site and have been able to stop theft as well as workers dumping unacceptable material into our dumpster, monitor attendance, weather conditions and to communicate via the talk mode option on the camera. We get real-time notifications on our phones. Easy record and snap shot photos. We have it mounted on a tree about 12’ up that gets ample sunlight to charge the unit. Rain has not affected the performance of the camera. Only thing that would make a 5 star rating is a better “zoom in” feature. We can’t get license plates or clear facial recognition. We highly recommend this camera.

Decent app

The screen doesn’t show as much as I would like, but it shows a good reception and is clear.

Keeps logging me out

I love the camera system and the app is user-friendly. I really do enjoy the different features the app offers as well as the different speeds of mobility. But the app keeps logging us out every few days and we have to type our information back in and it just becomes annoying.

Camera Great! App is ok.

I have these cameras installed for 1 year now. The cameras are great, but I have some complaints. Two cameras are setup on same street facing opposite directions, half time camera 1 and camera 2 are not recording the same activity. Many times people walk by one camera, and other camera totally misses them. Note this problem is with where the motion sensor is pointed, my fault. Many times camera will wake up from sleep, and it totally washes out like the shutter was fully open by default, results in white screen for several seconds. Many times cars drive by and camera sees car for only split second before screen washes out and totally misses everything else. I thought it was due to light reflection from car, but the camera does the same thing for people and bicycles. Maybe a bad camera… People ride by on bikes, one camera records activity, other camera totally misses it, some times white screen, other times no video record. At night car lights front and back blind the camera. Some what expected, but could be better. Color vision helps with this but requires the onboard light to be on. The app has some issues. For example, by default I can’t view any previous recording list without opening the live view which then auto records due to a user wake up. Again trying to play back video, I cannot avoid opening live view, which at night also triggers the onboard light. Just trying to review videos at night cause the camera light to constantly turn on, and start recording even if that was not intent. Another problem with this app is that the camera is set to record to SD card and the app always defaults to cloud view first. This is not desirable if the camera is set to SD Card. I constantly have to switch out of cloud storage to see the list of SD card recording. Then when I switch cameras, I have to switch from cloud recordings to SD card view again. That is frustrating. Also, when you open the app it shows the cameras are online, but it shows a very old image from the last time of a previous live view which could have been several days ago. The only way to see recent image is to open a live camera, which again triggers user wake up recordings and at night triggers the onboard light. Notice the complaint pattern here. The cameras are great, it fits the purpose of a remote solar camera very well. Battery life and solar are very good. I would buy the cameras again. I am running 7 cameras for my sheep in different areas of my ranch all work well with this app one thing I wish is they would make it to where you can turn the light from infrared to white when it’s in the full screen mode you have to do it in the reduced screen mode
