You can only draw after the last shuffle. You should be able to draw at any time. On my iPad Pro it is a bit unstable, I think related to multitouch. However if it crashes it doesn’t lose its place in the game when you relaunch it. The sounds effects are great, except for the very annoying “loser song” when you lose a game.
