## SOLO by HNB Reviews in Sri Lanka

### ***** "Darshana Nath"
This is a very convenient app easy to use and gives me many rewards when I use it.
-- Darshana Nath w, 2025-08-08

### *---- "Please Improve Your App Performance"
The app has been consistently slow for months. It takes far too long to load, open sub-menus, and navigate between sections. This is not a network issue on my end — my internet connection is stable and fast. The performance problems clearly lie within the app itself.

There’s little point in offering an app if it becomes practically unusable due to lag and poor responsiveness. Focus should be on making the app usable and reliable — the introduction of new options or services is meaningless if the core functionality isn’t working properly.

I strongly urge the development team to address these issues as a priority. A better user experience is long overdue.
-- wijetunge, 2025-07-28

### *---- "No option to generate a receipt"
There is no option to generate receipt after a transaction. Sometimes online sellers ask for payment transfer slip and this app doesn’t have this option or doesn’t allow for payment transfer confirmation screenshot. So annoying. Might as well switch to ComBank + app.
-- ThusharaAV, 2025-06-29

### *---- "Worst banking app ever"
I used to love this app. Which had history of all payments, which I could take screenshots. Now they’ve removed the option. And removed my max wallet because I didn’t use it only for a month? Asked me to go to bank to fix it, if I had time to go to bank every month I wouldn’t be using this app whatsoever. Disappointed.

### ***** "Convenient app for bill payments"
A very easy app to do payments and got lot of discounts.
Thanks Mr.Rishman for introducing me the app.
-- Shehana malki, 2025-05-07

### ****- "Darkmode"
Please give Dark mode option
-- Hashir_93, 2025-05-01

### *---- "Disappointing App"
Registered in the app and linked a card. Now the app is continuously asking me to add card/bank accounts and I can get to the landing page. When I try to reregister my card it’s saying card already registered. This is quite disappointing, feels like the app was developed and tested by subpar Devs/QAs.
-- Dilini01, 2025-04-20

### **--- "You cannot get a proof after the payemet!"
This is ridiculous , you cannot get a screen shot or proof of payment, you cant even dowload a payment slip! Pathetic !
-- Buddhima, 2025-02-02

### ***-- "used to be a good app"
Cant add money to the wallet
-- M U A Pinto, 2024-12-21

### ***** "Solo"
This App is so easy to use. It’s very user friendly. I do lot of transactions via Solo. I suggest to change the App icon. Current icon not much attractive.
