Cant add money to the wallet

This App is so easy to use. It’s very user friendly. I do lot of transactions via Solo. I suggest to change the App icon. Current icon not much attractive.

I trusted this app for “instant” cashless payments, yet three transactions have failed, and I’m constantly chasing support to resolve it. This app is as unreliable as internet banking—instant payment feels more like a month-long ordeal. Whoever developed this, at least show clear error messages instead of falsely saying “payment successful.” This is basic programming!

Really disappointed about the app. I added my card so many times but it mentioned that I don’t have payment option to top up my solo max account. Time wasting.
