Love the app when it’s working. Have four accounts linked including Spark. I use that as my primary money maker. Since this update my Spark account has disappeared and it’s pretty frustrating. Hopefully all my data won’t be lost or not counted and saved.
I have always been vocal about how great this app is. But now I have to say that it’s a scam or at least say that you no longer work with instacart/shipt. And let us pro plus yearly members know about the changes, before you guys do implement the changes, there was no email, no notifications through the app. And after several attempts through email. In addition i am missing most if not all of my payments for the month of December. I have no choice but to open a case turn the BBB for the fraud and scams of this app.

The update that was just performed unsynched the Uber/UberEats, Lyft, and GrubHub apps I was connected to. It’s not updating automatically each day with the pay I made and what apps were using for mileage. I use this app to track the pay and mileage. I don’t want to do it manually again. Update: Since 12/31/2024, I have had to keep resynching GrubHub to Solo. I’m also not showing accurate in with my total earnings I’m making through the apps. Lowering to two stars now from a previous rating of three.
Everything is good with the app except that my instacart constantly needs to be reconnected. Please fix.
I purchased credits and all schedule through the app linking my DoorDash account and scheduled for guarantee pay it says $170 guaranteed for the week and it keeps saying wait 24-48 hours to receive funds through the PayPal account I linked with solo and it’s been well over an week I have not received not one cent I’ve sent numerous emails and continue to receive automated response saying the same thing about receiving automatic payouts to my PayPal after 48 hours of each day I worked is revised still not a cent. I have wasted money into buying credits which you’ll need to schedule for guarantee pay and pay for an subscription just to still my money and receive not a cent like the economy and inflation isn’t bad enough people really create an app to steal peoples money. There is no phone number to reach an actual individual at all I should have researched this app better. Never again!!!

I was active on DoorDash for five hours on that five hours. I made a total of $20 because it was a slow day. I used five credits and was told I would make 70 some dollars for that time. I feel like this app is a scam. They just want you to pay for creditsand even if you’re not eligible in their eyes, you don’t get your money back waste of time don’t use this app.
So if I work a block outside of Newark even if I started in Newark. Solo says I’m out my area and they don’t have to pay… Scam
