Mileage tracking is inaccurate and I’m usually missing 4 - 10 miles every day that I work. I was unknowingly logged out for the past two days and none of the miles I drove were recorded as a result. I didn’t receive any sort of notification saying I needed to log back in; I just happened to check the log and found out that way. If you’re going to ask people to pay for your app it needs to work and at least notify people when they’ve been logged out.

This App is a complete and total Scam. They make you pay monthly, you have to pay to buy stars or points to guarantee your pay and the. The reduce their guaranteed pay without notification. You never end up getting paid anything additional. I highly do not recommend

I did the 7 day subscription and liked what I saw them when I subscribed I took a shift for May 31 with GoPuff and my paid was suppose to be 17.99 and I emailed them and ask them where was my 17.99 and the lady mention It looks like you exceeded your daily eligible guarantee, therefore you are not currently owed a payout from this day. You can also view a breakdown of your guaranteed hours by visiting the Summary tab within your Schedule page. I feel like that is stupid and if you schedule a shift and got pay you should be able to receive it no matter what. Now I wants refund because that wasn’t mention when I signed up

Solo claims I was driving outside of the designated area, but that’s not true. They owe me over $100.

Probably won’t renew subscription next month. They need to work out syncing bugs before it will be worth the money again.

I want to begin by saying that I do appreciate this app quite a bit, but there are some problems I’ve noticed. It’s unclear how exactly the pay guarantee and insights work. I thought it was straightforward but after using it for a while I think it is only based on driving time. That’s great if things are busy, but when the economy is falling apart and the app says you will average $30 an hour but there are no orders so it ends up being $8 an hour, it’s a real problem. Frankly at the end of the day I think the biggest problem is that these apps are an unsustainable model and I think it is all a race to the bottom while a few ceos and executives run off with the loot. However, Solo should be more straightforward, offering clear and easy to understand explanations of the insights so that people understand what to expect better. Additionally I think time should be based on the online time of the driver. If they don’t get a ride all hour, then Solo doesn’t reimburse them for the pay guarantee. How is that a pay guarantee? Also why does it say that driver earn an average of $32 an hour in my area, yet there is no one in the leaderboard and the pay guarantee is closer to $8-$20 (when lucky) in the area? One thing is certain, I’m not paying solo to guarantee me $8 an hour. Gas and depreciation on my vehicle already cost $7 an hour. So… yeah. Very little about this gig economy truly makes sense to the worker and I believe it’s just further running the economy into the ground. That’s my rant but Solo please fix these issues to help drivers. Depending on where someone is it can be quite difficult to figure out how to make ends meet if you have to rely on gig work income. So we need this app. We just need it to be tweaked so it can help us better.

The battery drain has substantially made the app power hungry. Within 30 minutes it drained my battery to 60%. I am on an iPhone 15 ProMax iOS version 17.4.1. We need to get this fixed. I do pay for solo basic for automatic milage tracking. But as of this update im thinking about demanding partial refund even though i paid for the year in full. But when i cant work for more than hour because my battery is dead due to this app there is a problem. This isnt a 1 star because i do think the automated tracking is really good. If you can immediately fix my problems ill boost the rating back up.

Nice app would be better it I could add my credit, debit or bank card

I wanted to love this app but u fortunately not the case. - Pay guarantees are riddled in clauses and unless you accept every ride including really awful rides you don’t get gaurantee. - support is useless and app is riddled in bugs - monthly fee seems really high given notes above
