It appears the company is no longer updating its software or answering the phone. I suspect the company is on its last legs. it could be an orphaned product. Before you buy the product call the company and try to reach a live person. Calls go unanswered and to voicemail. If you call you will get a standard 2-3 minute wait time before being sent to voicemail. There are tons of complaints on social media. There is no customer service, they have shutdown all of their social media, and they at behaving like they are going to stay in business just long enough to sell out their existing inventory. I emailed Soloshot several times. Still no response. If you buy this system you will be on your own using it. The manual basically tells you what the buttons are but not how to use them. The Soloshot3 app is totally useless except for posting videos online. No remote control just viewing. I wondered why everyone that I spoke with about this system was unhappy with it. Now I know why. You buy it and you are on your own. Hold off buying it. Someone else will come out with a similar system soon.
