It’s pointless, love soma merchandise but this app has never worked successfully to buy anything. Items I remove from cart show up at checkout, or I get the error message something is wrong with the cart try again. I end up going to website if I haven’t completely given up out of frustration and didn’t buy anything at all.

I have had to reset my password several times and it’s very frustrating

I think the filter should be more detailed. For example what kind of underwear bikini or hipsters. Multi-packs should also be listed in the drop down menu too. All that is listed is size, color and price. I’d rather shop on the website instead of the app.

It took me over an hour to place an order with the app because the app kept crashing and I had great WiFi connection. Also app kept adding multiples of the same item to my bag and when I would delete the extra items would take all of that same item out of my bag. Ended up ordering extra even though I didn’t want to because it was swimsuits and didn’t want to run the risk of them running out. Really wish all the Soma stores would carry swimsuits because trying to order them online and guest on which size is going to work best is hard. Love Soma products but honestly hate there website and app and won’t be using it again.

I have had trouble with other stores changing the quality of their products. Soma has remained consistent with their quality and flattering styles. Their colors and fabrics remain like new wash after wash. It's always a treat to shop with Soma!

I’m surprised this app so many good reviews. The filters do not function properly. I select filters and it brings up items that do not match the filter (bras and underwear in lounge and dress filters…?) Be careful when adding items to a cart. I switched products and it added a second of the previous item I had added and not the page I was on. I believe this how a previous order of mine was messed up. Def recommend the website over whatever awful iteration this app is currently on.

Nothing loads. Not account info, nothing to buy when you click on categories… I like soma but this app has not worked for months which means I haven’t made any purchases! Made my husband happy though.
