An sich eine gute Idee. In der Praxis problematisch. Kiosk- und Volg-Angestellte kennen teilweise das Sonect-System nicht oder haben nicht genügend Bargeld.
Neuerdings bzw. seit längerem funktioniert Apple Pay als Zahlungsmittel nicht mehr … ganz schlecht! Support existiert wohl nicht mehr?

Apple pay used to work, now I can‘t select it anymore. 

If I save my credit card suring top-up, the next time I want to top-up I get asked for the CVC, but the correct CVC is always rejected and I have to re-enter all credit card information every time I want to top-up.

I get an error whenever I try to top up with a card I just registered and stored. I have to enter credit card details whenever I need to top-up, quite annoying!

It’s the 3rd bug I see in the last week alone, and support is unresponsive by mail. Very disappointing experience.

Found the app, seems like an easy process to withdraw cash, but it absolutely failed and needed to get to normal ATM:
- in the shop one merchant told me money can be withdrawn, when I came 5 minutes later with phone another clerk said it is not possible. So perhaps proper training should be ensured?
- finally got first clerk to reappear and give money, but then I was refused to withdraw more than 500 CHF
- anyhow could not not withdraw more than 200CHF as app froze up after the first withdrawal. 
- please remove Sonect from Google showing it as an ATM. You are just polluting data. You are not an ATM.

Neon hat mir den Vorschlag gemacht. Installiert, wollte Daten eingeben hat nicht reagiert. Telefon Reset. Nun funktioniert das login. 
Doch als ich die Karte registrieren wollte dreht und dreht ein Wartesymbol und nichts geht. 
Abbrechen raus schmeissen und nie wieder mit so einer Schei… mich ärgern. 
NZG. Nicht zu gebrauchen❗️ 
Schade Idee wäre toll - Twinnt funktioniert problemlos und ist viel einfacher.

In allen Fällen musste ich zuerst wieder etwas neu einrichten (Kontoverbindung, Kreditkarte etc.). Und dann hat es in ca. der Hälfte der Fälle doch nicht funktioniert (bieten wir nicht an/bieten wir nicht mehr an/nicht genügend Bargeld etc).

Wenn ich auf der Karte/der Liste auf einen shop drücke stürzt dass app jedesmal ab.

Même après validation de l’identité, on ne peut pas retirer plus de 200.- contrairement à ce qu’ils disent. 
Et quand on contacte le service client, plusieurs fois, on n’obtient zéro réponse.

Ich wäre sehr froh und alle anderen auch wenn die Zkb und weitere schweizerbanken hinzugefügt werden dass man nicht sein guthabwn aufladenmuss ich habe zb zkb und muss erstmal mit meiner bank auf die jeweilige iban nummer mein geld senden damit ich es abheben kann im momment schon benutzte banken sind (PostFinance Und Migros bank) ich wäre froh wen weitere banken wie eben zkb und so weiter da auch hinzugefüght werden
