Songkick Concerts

Recent updates have broken all access to app using VoiceOver. VoiceOver is a screen reader built in. to the iOS system. Used to be okay not great but now completely inaccessible. Please fix it.

What a waste, they have this bug for ages that's why I deleted this app. Today downloaded again with hope that it's solved but no, same old bug. Deleted

If you live somewhere as big as London it can be a pain

Always loved Songkick but less of events now listed plus recent update has now made it unusable as it freezes on the logo and if I delete it to reload it apparently it will delete all the data so all my saved acts will be gone. Gutted! 🥵

I love the app most of the time it’s great but a few times it’s tagged the profiles of artists with similar names in the lineup but it’s not actually that band playing. E.G: I got a notification saying “new events from ghost” and went to see what it was, it had the rock band “Ghost” listed in the lineup for waterworks festival 2024 but the band isn’t playing that festival a different artist under the name “The Ghost” is playing. Just a bit annoying but otherwise the app is great! This has also happened when a tribute band plays and instead the list the original in the lineup. Just gets your hopes up just to be disappointed when you realise/ check the actual events lineup on its website.

I've thought I was purchasing tickets to see a band from Spain called MORGAN the 28th of November in London at the jazz caffe and they have sold me a concert of a different artist with the same name MORGAN. They have the Spanish band picture and even the details. A total Scam.

You could improve the filtering for artists and location, remove past events and connect to various other apps to ease everything, some A/B testing could help

Complained about a bug that made the app unusable and it’s been fixed! It now works even better than it did before. Absolutely indispensable app - I don’t know what I’d do without it.
