My app shows drinks are 1/2 price when using the app. Unless the drinks are now $7+ this app is not working properly. When I asked a staff member they had informed me that the app is not something they can control and that the company has removed their ability to do anything regarding the app

I’ve been waiting to see if the glitch will be fixed but still nothing, just sends me to an error screen when I go to pay for my mobile order, I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, and I’ve also logged out and back in several times as well and still nothing

This app has made so many improvements since my first review! I love that! Only recommendation, add strawberry and grape jelly to the condiments list! Great job on the improvements. 

It’s impossible to get a half cut tea (sweet and unsweetened). The option isn’t available and there’s not a section to make notes to the restaurant. App glitches at check in at times. Otherwise, app is good.

Was having trouble with payment oddly today so I checked and there was an update. Great! Updated right fast and went back to my order and it deleted all the “deals” from my app! No Bueno Sonic. I ended up eating elsewhere 😞

Been trying to use this app for years (with three different iPhones), but there’s always some issue. Completed the order in my app, but the app would not process my order. No explanation, just “try again later”. I tried two different cards. I won’t be ordering at the kiosk knowing it would’ve been $9 cheaper in the app. Plenty of fast food places with apps that actually work.

Every time I go to sign in, it wants me to give a phone number. When I give my phone number, it says an account is already using that phone number. When I try to make a new account, it gives me an error, then says I can’t check out as a guest. When I try to check out, it wants me to sign in. Completely useless and you lost a customer today because I’m not dealing with the circle around just to buy something.
