Si vous habitez en banlieue et conduisez la plupart du temps pour faire des trajets courts pour acheter une pinte de lait, vous pouvez avoir 95% ou plus. Par contre, si vous habitez en ville, ils vous payer plus cher à cause de votre code postal (acceptable) et en plus ils vous pénalisent dans l’application en vous donnant 65% dans vos « choix d’itinéraire » (inacceptable) car vous devez passer par les rues en ville. C’est alors impossible d’avoir une meilleure note que 82%.  Finalement, vous pourriez pensez que 82% peut donner un bon rabais mais c’est faux, ça donne seulement un rabais de 17%. Et puis quand vous prenez les transports en commun ou un covoiturage vous avez une tache supplémentaire quotidienne d’aller cocher dans l’app Sonnet que ce n’était pas vous le conducteur. Alors ça ne vaut pas la peine selon moi de s’ajouter cette charge au quotidien et la déception pour un rabais annuel de seulement 90$.

Be careful when using CarPlay or any car modes that connects your phone. Using gps or music apps like Spotify will identify it as you using your phone even when you navigate with your car screen. It will negatively affect your scores. Thankfully, you have the option to confirm if you were the one driving. Just say you weren’t driving if you are using gps or need to answer a call. You do need a certain amount of kilometres and trips for the discounts to apply. Once you’ve met those requirements, just disable the tracking till the next cycle.

-22% de déduction côté globale 85 et bizarrement apres les mise a jours de app, mon score descend peu a peu  et ma conduite deviens médiocre tout d’un coup 😂, entre 85 et 90 chaque déplacement et tout d’un coup entre 80-85quand même un drôle adon 
si tu pogne lumière jaune t’es mieux pas ralentir et mettre les freins rapidement , ton score va être médiocre , passe sa jaune rouge 😅😅

This App is not functional, and has been a challenge to use. Over the past month or so, I have tried to access the App but continuously receive an "Oops! Something went wrong." error. I have reached out to the support team without any luck, have uninstalled, reinstalled the app - made sure my device settings are correct without any luck. Hoping the team can deal with asap.

Пользовался сонетом больше года и что хочу сказать, максимально отвратительная страховая цену на одностороннее покрытие увеличили в два раза постоянно просили установить апс иначе вообще поднимут в 5 раз в итоге приложение максимально кривое я разговариваю по Кар плей в машине а они отслеживают и пишут мне что я много разговариваю за рулем и в итоге поднимаю оплату + они отслеживая ваш телефон просчитывают участки дороги по которым вы едете и берут статистику ДТП от этого тоже растет в целом что хочется сказать 
Нет фиксированной цены, сегодня 200 завтра 400 
Полный сбор информации в плоть до приключения приложения здоровье доступы ко всем функциям телефона, если отказался цена сразу летит ту зе Мун

The app doesn’t count when I’m driving  the localization is activated, the wifi 5g is on 
But it doesn’t count anything I just did 600 km and nothing appears, tho my phone tell me that the app used my localization 80 time today but still nothing and for some reason I have a score of -10%

### *---- "Frustrating Algorithm for Car Insurance"
I’ve had enough with Sonnet Insurance’s algorithm. My car is old, doesn’t have CarPlay or any fancy tech, so I rely on my phone’s GPS to get to places I’m not familiar with. Naturally, my mobile usage is high because I use maps frequently. But the algorithm doesn’t seem to get that. It penalizes me for using my phone, even though it’s just for navigation.

And don’t even get me started on the “time of day” factor. How can I have a low score for driving at 5 AM on a Sunday when the roads are completely empty? So what time exactly do you guys want us to use our cars? It feels like the system is built to punish drivers like me who just want to get from A to B safely. Definitely considering other options.

I’ve significantly improved my driving since downloading the app. I am irritating everyone on the road driving like an old person. Yet, this app finds any and every reason to dock me. Bad time of day, not a good enough route, hit a bump on the road? I get docked points for driving my husband to work early in the morning because I could be fatigued. Insane. You’re screwed… Not even worth it!!!
