I wish there was a Charlotte location closer to me. And “Hey” to Ed! -- Frankly Fred, 2025-05-13 ### *---- "New card" I was wanting to do away with one of my cards and put another card in its place. Had a difficult time doing that finally got it done about after a half hour. I am not computer illiterate. I had to take the one other card completely off put the new one on and finally was able to get my order through. -- Brickle Fratz, 2025-05-07 ### ***** "My order" Best tasting food -- michael senseman, 2025-05-06 ### *---- "Can’t undo if you accidentally redeem a reward for in store" The only reason I use the app is to get rewards, but if you accidentally barely graze one pixel of the “redeem in store” option instead of redeeming it for an online order there is no way to undo that. This means you now have to place your order at the store which entirely negates the reason for having the app, and since I don’t eat at places that don’t have rewards systems it means I am just going to stop eating at Sonny’s. I will check once a year to see if they’ve fixed this, so maybe one day I will, but for now I’ll just visit other places that actually consider customer experience in their app design. -- OMG Yeti, 2025-05-02 ### ***** "Easy to use" The app is easy to use, and you earn points! -- Newmexjags, 2025-04-30 ### ***** "BBQ" So easy yummmm -- Lala Reese 0721, 2025-04-24 ### *---- "Service" Called store in Ocoee the girl that answered the phone would not take my order for 2 lbs of chicken when the app would not show their store location on the list. Had to uninstall app to redownload before placing order while driving. -- Ocoee store, 2025-04-24 ### ***** "Great App Answers Most Questiond" I joined the app after seeing at entrance “Better Offers With App”. Saturday that was true. Shairi I didn’t see was the receipts showing our purchase. It does show my points. FAQ did say it may take time. There is a feature to add receipt we ordered our lunch at table and paid through the servers handheld device. It shows no orders in the history. I know we have been there 3?times this year paid through the waitresses electronic hand held. Just curious where the points accumulate. Want to make the next level.
