Great Sound terrible app
I have been using Sonos for years - the app has always been super laggy, unresponsive and slow. Got around it by just playing vinyl and setting up autoplay. That also has become troublesome and drops out regularly. Sonos solution is to reset your router regularly. Amazing sound quality but amazing that is is paired with such a useless app. It’s genuinely tedious and now considering going back to analogue and trying to forgot about the 000’s spent on this equipment.

…all of which “improved performance”. But (spoiler alert) the performance is still *absolutely* terrible.
Great sound, if it worked
Constant problems for the last 12 months. Speakers not appearing on the app even though they’re playing music, unresponsive control. It’s a mess.
I never write reviews, but you need to know…
Holy moly, this has been a waste of money. The sound bar is aesthetically nice, but every time I go to play music or change volume via the app, it is NEVER connected. What testing has been done, why does it continue to not show in the app… it is connected to the network because Google assistant works, yet the SONOS app does not pick it up. So very disappointing

Great speakers, rubbish app.
Really great hardware, but the app is just the worst. Constantly loses contact with the speakers and streaming services. Just massively frustrating.
Worst app
Our bean worked perfectly fine before your terrible app got updated. Now we have nothing but issues. You need to fix it, you ruined your own product
Still glitchy…
After all the debacle of 2024 I stopped using the app for months (streaming directly from airplay which works 99% of the time flawlessly) thinking surely they would have ironed out the glitches. Nup! Still errors searching, UI stopping you scrolling, not showing current playing track etc. flick up, restart app on it goes…
Clunky
Adding music to my active playlist doesnt work from spotify. Constantly says error.
