Still frustrated with the app changes installed last year. Delay in connecting each morning. Just cumbersome to work through the app now.
Best Sound System Ever “SONOS”
I came across a Sonos Speaker in a thrift store $19.00 I never knew what it was but because of the weight to the speaker I knew it was good! Then I researched it and found heaven in the sound, It was $269.00 online! I am now going to purchase the sound bar and another matching speaker didn’t even know this existed! It’s expensive but you will be getting your money worth out of this sound system! Best I have ever listened to! Thank you Sonos!

Do not buy a new Sonos system. Since their new AND “improved” major update in 2024 the app is absolute GARBAGE. A system that relies heavily on the quality of their app to control the speaker - you failed miserably
Very funny company
I lost connection with my speakers before. And somehow it connected back again about two days ago, and it lost connection again now, even I did today’s update. Really interesting company.
Hot garbage
Years ago when Sonos was still relatively new I invested in a sound bar and 5 Sonos 1 speakers. The absolute garbage quality of this app makes me want my money back on the hardware so bad. Common experiences: Music coming out of a speaker, app say “Device not connected to network”. Try to start playback with a speaker, shows music is playing in the app, no sound coming out of the speaker. Want to group speakers together? God help you. Buy another product.
Unstable and buggy
Since the last system revamp, Sonos has really be unstable, and the app quite buggy. I find myself constantly in need to reset speakers and reconnect my account into the app itself.
Always an issue.
Having constant issues for the last month. Either the speakers don’t appear or the app says music is playing when nothing is coming out of the speakers. Terrible.
