Not working with Spotify
Finding it so frustrating that I can play my Spotify through our speakers without using the Sonos app!

Totally broken
New app is absolute trash
Worse than ever
This is the worse app that I have to use. Usability is terrible.
App upgrade massive step backwards
I see other people are pointing out loss of some more advanced options, for me the interface performs terribly at adjusting volume, both for all and individual speakers. Pretty basic stuff Sonos needs to fix and get right.
Have lost all my speakers!!
Can’t even use Sonos!! Can you repay my time???!!! And refund my purchase???!!!

It's Not As Appealing As It Used To Be
I've had enough problems with the speakers over the years, requiring multiple hours of troubleshooting. It's essentially too much hassle. It looks good and sounds fine when it works -- which is most of the time. I haven't updated the app, and mostly use AirPlay. If I were to start over then I would probably choose something else which is simpler and just works all of the time. Overall though based on my experience over a few years, I generally don't feel that I can trust Sonos speakers to work properly without relying on third party apps.

Oh my goodness this is a disaster What went wrong It was always so good now my system is basically useless. Can only use as an AirPlay speaker but is unfindable by the Sonos app. Can I get a refund?
App is so slow
2024 the Sonos app became very laggy after a major update. Really hoping they will fix this soon, it ruins the experience.
Major issues
My Sonos s1, s3 and play bar have completely dropped off the system. Cannot get them connected. Getting a 1000 error message after rebooting s1. Quite frankly for the money I paid the system is very unstable and unreliable at present. When it worked it was a good sound.
