EQ is extremely difficult to set
EQ is extremely difficult to set due to the tiny buttons of the interface. VERY ANNOYING.
Xg300&500
Cant do party link. Neither with newer or older speakers. Have 2 xg300 and 2 xg500s. Stereo or party link, doesnt matter, not working. Nothing works.

Can’t find my soundbar
The app can’t find my HT-CT180. I’ve connected via bluetooth but couldn’t find the soundbar.
Error on main page
I have a blank page when click on “end user licence agreement” link. That would be the first step… useless

Worst interface ever
Cant think of any amplifier connected app thats worse than this. No UX testing? Zone volume change is horrible, frequently loses connection, slow, and ugly. Wifi connection also doesnt work even after having tried all troubleshooting and sony discussions cant help either. Even after several complaints, no updates on the app for ages. Omg!
So far... (update)
NEW UPDATE RELEASED It’s less buggy now, and mostly usable. Some annoying features, that the volume of the speaker isn’t always matching the phone’s volume, or is stuck for a few moments. But it is mostly usable now. Another building critic: I would be glad if the battery level was more accurate (not full charged - about 70% - about 50% - about 10% - dead, but like full - 90% - 80% - etc). Wish the typing sound could be disabled in the app while connected to the device, because sometimes it is just too loud. Maybe fully customizable lights? Maybe? I’ve only been using the app for a few hours with a srs xb-31, but it doesn’t really want to do its job. The connection is buggy, volume control doesn’t always work, it often wants to register 2 devices. Building critic: I wish to see a color selecter with pulsing/static effect for the lights on the speaker. To be honest, I hate this flashing insanity, so my only options are the so called “calm” options (6-7 in total), though it can display a bunch of hues.
