Speak-to-Chat
Use headphones for 1.5 yrs, but app keep resetting Speak-to-Chat setting. I always set it off. But once in 3-5 months it turns on again (probably an update). Can you make it remember the setting? It’s so annoying.

That’s ridiculous
Why should I download 150mb useless app just for connecting earphones via bluetooth?

Absolutely abysmal and time wasting
settings get toggled randomly, volume gets set to zero out of the blue, app fails to connect to the headset frequently. I don’t understand how an application could be so bad.
Not user friendly
Nice sound, but not an intuitive experience. Lousy design for an easy control.
Worst of its kind
It’s very much like training a dachshund. Very difficult, help options are pointless, and indicates erroneous or wrong data.
Crashing, Crashing and Crashing.
Nothing more frustrating than unboxing your new XM5 headphones and the app keeps on crashing. SONY, please fix this issue with the XM5 headphones as the connectivity and app is nothing new.
Bring back old app
Everytime I try to use it with my xm4’s it crashes. Haven’t been able to change settings on my headphones for a long time.
Cluttered and not very useful
The app interface has become increasingly cluttered, my settings disappeared one day, the app takes 30 seconds to register that my device is connected to my headphones and on the first app launch after i connect my headphones the app does not even recommend them. I genuinely don’t understand how the software experience was perfect when i first bought my headphones and now it’s a headache. I’ve never used a product that started out perfectly and got significantly worse due to updates. I’m now genuinely considering bose headphones or apple headphones due to an increasingly horrible experience with Sony.
STOP BEEPING AND STOP TURNING ON SPEAK TO CHAT
i can’t turn off the random beeps when i leave home also at random times speak to chat turns back on i have to open the app to turn it off Please fix You have good hardware but NOBODY wants random beeps when walking away from home And the constant turning back on of speak to chat disrupts music STOP DISTRUPTING THE SOUND theee are headphones for listening to
