The previous app was great, but since the new name and versions, it keeps automatically switching on voice to chat function and has now stopped working for phone calls completely. Music still works and it happened with the most recent update. Hopefully Sony will fix

I’m using the WF-1000XM5 ear buds, which have great sound but are let down by this extremely poorly designed app. It routinely fails to pair when I switch between iPhone and iPad. It regularly freezes during processes, such as setting the equaliser. It removes control of the device which I spent good money buying and places it in a crappie app that isn’t worth squat. Sony, you might know something about hardware, but you’re useless with software!
