The first impression of the updated app is not good for me: app icon makes no sense for me (harder to be found). And updating the headphones software takes about 40 minutes (really?), cancels inbetween because of low battery - following by a „upgrade cancelled“-popup almost every 10 seconds!!!

For the love of god, please, let us disable sound and voice in the app. I don’t wanna the interupted when I listen to music. Also, everytime I get interruption another song starts playing.

App is useless and does not connect to headphones

Ist mit MacBook und Handy verbunden. Das Problem: selbst wenn mein MacBook zu ist, spielt es den Sound nicht vom Handy ab. Es zeigt dass es auf Meilen Handy abspielt, tut es aber nicht. Und wenn ich wechseln will sagt es mir dass das nicht geht wenn ich telefoniere- ich telefoniere aber nicht. Kein Zoom, keine WhatsApp calls, kein normaler Anruf, nix und trotzdem spinnt es. Alle heiligen Zeiten mal klappt es smooth dass immer das abspielt, was ich gerade anschaue aber das ist eher Glück. Das hat vor ein paar Updates extrem gut geklappt, seither aber gar nicht mehr. Bitte fixen danke:)

The sound quality is top notch. I love this buds.

App was always cluttered and the ui was unlogical/horrible and slow, but now i can't even login anymore because the app just creates an infinite loop. Really unworthy app for a brand like sony.

Ich habe mir neue Kopfhörer gekauft und kann sie nicht mit meinem iPhone verbinden, weil die App (auch nach mehrmaligem Neustart und Neuinstallation) überhaupt nicht funktioniert und sich bei den Datenschutzeinstellungen aufhängt. Für den Kaufpreis absolut inakzeptabel!

Unfortunately this app causes to stop Bluetooth connection two different devices Samsung TV 65Q80A and iPhone 13. Strangely both can be connected without app.
