I bought Sony WF-C500 and I can say they are simply GREAT! Tips for all future buyers - install Sony software and use the equilizer to increase bass and reduce the 400 band, reduce also all the rest of the bands with the exception of the last band. The last one should be increased two lines above the zero. This is the setup to hear some excellent sound. This is a great pair of headphones! Buy them!!!! :-)

Sorry, but I generally consider myself as someone who is tech savvy. I’ve used this app for several days now and I still can’t remember which setting is where. And what does what.  Terrible interface, grouping and 0 customer friendliness. For example - in the ambient sound control operation setting ( do you really need the word operation here?) - there is a tick on noise cancelling, tick on ambient sound and no tick on “Off”. However you can only tick the “off” button, regardless of the fact that you get the notion that you can cancel the other options. No logic at all. You should have your UI/UX designer seriously reconsider changing his career path.
