Cannot connect network error
Whenever i open the app and try to open the user agreement I am unable to and cannot continue even thought I am on wifi. The error “cannot connect network” always appeares. I have tried everything and it still doesn’t work. I don’t recommend this app.
Beware the battery drain
After the update my headphones started acting wierdly, one bud draining battery significantly more than other. Now one hods power for less than 10min, another one up to 30min, after less than 100 total hrs of usage. Warranty of course doesn’t cover it. NEVER AGAIN this app or anything from Sony, if it breaks due to their app is buggy, you’re out of luck.
What?
First impression is extremely horrible. The app definitely not appearing like native app. UI component are small and not to connected to the label. Definitely you don’t need this app.

Cutting bass
This app is great and all ye, but if I enable equaliser or add clear bass, it’s starting to cut the bass from song on high volume.
Missing widgets
Please add some widgets for quick settings of transparency/quiet/off like Samsung have. By gestures I need to toggle between off and transparency which is not possible now.
Solid app but poor integration
Application does the job, nice feature is switching between other connected devices. It allows to configure double, tripple even quadruple tap action. But only to predened 3rd party apps 🤦 Why i cant accept calls with double tap?
Adaptive sound? Fail.
I installed this app only to disable the annoying adaptive sound feature on my headphones. And you know what? Didn’t work at all. Automatic turning of the music still buggers me. Thanks for nothing.
Good app
App is really good and the interface is simple, but i have problems with finishing a registration (maybe i have already finished idk). But what i know, is that i cant go to my activity. So to sum It up - the app is great but Sony (accounts and registration system) is bad.
