Horrible app
You had one job and you can’t even do that. I have multiple Sony headphones and the updated app is terrible at managing them, and struggles to switch between different devices and sometimes doesn’t even recognise which device it’s connected to! Please fix it asap.

Need a battery widget for the charging case!
The Sound Connect app by Sony enhances the user experience with the WF-C700N earbuds, providing seamless control and customization. However, one notable missing feature is the ability to monitor the battery level of the charging case separately. Given that the earbuds are marketed as "made for iPhone," a dedicated battery widget for the case would be a valuable addition. This feature would improve convenience for users who want quick access to battery information without navigating through the app. I hope the next update will include this much-needed widget for a more integrated experience. Overall, the app is solid, but there's room for improvement in battery management. I’ll update my review to 5 star when you release a separate battery widget for charging case in the next update.

No custom button operation
In WH 1000XM4 the custom button can’t be customised .
