The app works perfectly. But when it asked for and gets all time location info, contact details, health and fitness information, etc then that goes to far. You’re a headphone app Sony. Act like one and respect my privacy.
How can an app by the manufacturer of the headphones not be able to connect to one of the most popular headphones from this brand ? It keeps going on loop power on power off and not being detected.
Before you can start to use the app you have to go through about 10-15 popups (no exaggeration). It also requests all permissions that it ever needs right on first launch, which is very overwhelming.
The app is obsessed with connecting and giving focused to devices not playing anything. Can't set device priorities. Doesn't learn user preference. The navigation is better than the previous version though,so that's a plus.
De app werkt ok. Echter heeft het de irritante instelling dat als er een update plaatsvindt en dat gebeurt regelmatig, de praatfunctie/ Siri weer automatisch wordt ingesteld. Is zeer vervelend. Houdt s.v.p. dus de instellingen van de app zoals ze zijn Sony.
- wat een onoverzichtelijke zooi. Alles is door elkaar heen en functies verstopt. Wie heeft dit bedacht? - Geen mogelijkheid bediening omgevingsgeluid in combinatie met muziekbediening - Geen ondersteuning YouTube Music!!!!!!!! - Teveel onnodige toevoegingen Amateurs.
De app is verwarrend vanwege de vele toestemmingen die gegeven moeten worden voor twijfelachtige diensten die je persoonlijke data bijhouden. Een kernkop ontwikkelen lijkt eenvoudiger dan je koptelefoon registreren. Die koptelefoon hoeft eigenlijk maar één ding te doen: aansluiten en luisteren. Erg jammer dat de iPad de interesse van Sony kennelijk niet heeft. Mijn model koptelefoon staat niet in het rijtje en de mogelijkheden zijn beperkt.
Na een uur proberen kom ik er achter dat de hoofdtelefoon niet samenwerkt met de IPad. Beetje jammer.
Half the screen is taken up by an image of my earbuds, why? I know what they look like, I am wearing them ffs. Now I have to scroll and click multiple times to find settings that were on the homepage before. The most important information isn't even shown on the homepage. I am using NOISE CANCELLING earbuds but can't see if they are CANCELLING NOISE or are in ambient mode. I hope that whoever is responsible for this decision steps on Lego everyday for the rest of their life. The same goes for the person who is responsible for ducking up the battery of the XM4 earbuds. Renaming the app doesn't make people forget, just despise the company even more.
