Painful app, great headphones
Balanced sound, noise cancelling can be a life saver, but the app that connects as the default my closed laptop in the backpack when I’m trying to just listen music form my phone, useless! I have to manually disconnect the laptop so my headphones can play. Pathetic software, great hardware.
Sony problems! And sound police!
Upgraded to the xm5. Very r nice headphones but for now they keep pausing for 10 seconds or so then restart. It’s not the app, deleted that and they still did it. I don’t like the listening police part of the app. I don’t want to be told I’ve used them enough this week. Not your business How often I do or don’t wear them.
The app keeps crashing
This app consistently crashes and is unable to switch between two devices
App is okay
This app is fine, with good features. But the XM4’s take forever to connect to iPhones once being turned on. It’s very inconvenient. Have to manually connect them in setting almost every time. Bose does not have this issue, even my Chinese Bluetooth to FM car accessory is better at connecting to my phone than Sonys xm4’s. How?????
Long lasting bugs
Always seems to be a problem when using with apple. It seems to think that my MacBook is always playing music so I have to tune off my MacBooks Bluetooth to get it to work with phone. Ruins the point of the XM4s having double audio

Great headphones. Best in the business. But, the 360 reality audio is not working and is difficult to implement. Please make this easier to understand
Great app, but wish they’d bring back the battery level icon
As in the title, great app but headphone icon no longer has battery level at the top of screen. Would be great if this could return
Too loud
Can there be a way to turn down the sounds when headphones connect etc. the voice is too loud for me
Auto activation
My sony headphone keeps activating speak-to-chat function. Ive turned it off for 100 times but it keeps back. why?
