Everything functions well and is easily intuitive. One thing I would add is a widget.

Previous app was better
Since the big update and renaming to Sound, it’s been buggy for me. I keep getting really bad sound quality now (like cheap headphones from random OEM kind of bad) and it takes me several Bluetooth reconnections sometimes even phone restarts for sound to go back to normal.
Useless app
Nothing is even working anymore since the update. Why even bother updating it
UPSETTING!!!
The update is horrible!!! The music doesn't stop when i remove the headphones from my ear. This used to be fine before the update!!!!
Best app for my linkbuds s
I am blown away on how I am able to further customize my earbuds to my liking despite it already sounding perfect!
NC chime button was removed
For some reason after the app update I cant hear the chime feedback when I press the NC button.
Earphones update
This app updated my WF-C500 earbuds. The update has made the earbuds sound better, with immersive sound and significantly deeper bass. Good work, Sony!
Allows complete control on your Sony Sound Devices but..
The app does a superb job of giving you total control on your device’s sound quality, equalizer and functionalities. Only bad side is it is not very user friendly.
This update broke my WH-1000XM5
The left side of my headphones suddenly stopped working after the update.
Cant connect
It connected to multiple device at first then it now its keeps saying connecting forever
